LAST TANGO IN LITTLE GRIMLEY
This was our entry for the Duncan Rand One-act Festival, the final of which was staged at the Medway Little Theatre on Saturday 19th July, 2008.
It had previously been performed by Meopham Players at the end of February when it was one of a trio of one-act plays. It went down so well on that occasion that we decided to enter it for the Duncan Rand competition. It was one of those inspired decisions which resulted in our being awarded second place, and was a great tribute to our cast and crew.

John Winson (left) nominated for Best Actor *

Our sound man, Fred Greenstreet was nominated for Best Sound. And we were also nominated for Best Dressed Set

It was a great evening for everyone who was there that night and in particular for the play’s director, Sue Smith (second from the right in “The Crew”) who only made her directing debut in February.
